Our on site home inspection service typically takes about 2 to 3 hours on site and includes:
A comprehensive top to bottom visual inspection and evaluation of all the major systems, components and structures from basement to roof.
Client education and interactive Q & A during the inspection process,
A verbal report on site to client upon completion of on site inspection.
Once completed a comprehensive computer generated inspection report including color photographs and graphics usually delivered the client the same day within 2 to 4 hours.

Pre-Listing Inspections (sellers)
When selling your own home either by yourself or using a realtor, having a home inspection report available for interested buyers can add credibility and help sell your home faster.
Our inspection report will identify areas of concern; you can then decide whether or not to correct them. You would typically provide interested home buyers and their agents with a copy of the inspection report.

Relocation Inspections for BGRS (clients moving to Ottawa area)
We are pleased to provide inspection services for the Federal Public Service, Canadian Forces, and RCMP personnel and families moving to Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are an approved supplier to the relocation services program as administered by Brookfield Global Relocation Services.
